Obama's Twitter town hall

The "Twitter town hall" was an utter failure (or #fail for you Tweeters out there). There were around 40,000 questions asked by people on Twitter, and how many were answered? A whopping 18. That's about .045% if you like percentages more than raw numbers. And while it's obvious the president is a busy, busy man (follow this link to see what great things this visionary is doing to solve our country's problems: http://www.flickr.com/photos/whitehouse/3484868454/), 18 questions, two of which came from House Speaker John Boehner and New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, is an absolutely abysmal response. While there were people overseeing the questions coming in, they should have been properly informed and should have been looking for overall themes in the questions to try and calm more people's concerns.

To add to this, the "Twitter town hall" was supposed to be in real time. Was it? God no. The first 10 questions they selected were posted hours before the event began, giving our "savior" and "great orator" Barack the time to prepare his responses (and probably rent a teleprompter too). I cannot believe that 20-somethings eat this kind of stuff up. The president should stop flying to anniversary dinners, golfing on the White House lawn, and passing ridiculous stimulus packages and health care bills and actually do something for us Americans.
