The women's basketball team secured their first regular season win against Central Michigan Friday November 13. Their 10 point win ( 86-76) over the unranked Chippewas proved to be a challenge, but one that Coach Doug Bruno had been expecting. Naughton passes 1,000 point mark, Demons roll past Bison

DePaul senior guard Deirdre Naughton hit the 1,000 point mark of her DePaul career right around three minutes into the game as she led her Blue Demons to a 77-65 win over North Dakota State at McGrath Arena on Sunday. While people searched for heat on Friday, Sam Quigley found hers on the hard court and led the Blue Demons with 21 points in Friday's win over the UIC Flames, 67-56. Just by reaching the ITA Women's National Indoor Championship, the dominant duo of Anna Redecsi and Selma Salkovic accomplished something that DePaul never had before-reach the ITA Women's Indoor National Championship. Black shirt. Black shorts. Black shoes. Fully dressed, I take one last deep breath and walk out of the locker room. Whistle in hand, I climb two flights of stairs to the Goldberg Courts at the Ray. I look at my watch.
